help me out please! i hate to do this, as im a barterer by heart, but im really agaisnt the wall right now.

Extra Things to know:
1.the nos parts are not immaculate, but still in perfect working order.
2. bottles are both EMPTY
3. noids for nx kit dont have the stickers anymore on them
4. dave needs money badly
5. this IS two nitrous kits for less than 600dollars and the NX kit is worth that alone with the heater and guage.
