Default Exhaust diameter...what's best for me?

Hello all, I was just wondering if any of you guys would help me out. I have a b18b and was wanting to get an exhaust system soon...but for now I have no plans for much modifications to the engine, only minor stuff. So what diamter size of the pipes would be better for this? 2.25 or 2.5...going with 2.5 would I be losing power or what? Ok let me know thanks.

60mm piping will suffice, or 2.25"

2.5 is fine also, just get the system you want, dont worry about size, as long as its not above like 2.7 you will be fine.

And a 4-1 header would be good as well for this set up? Thanks for the replies.

Try here. It's a great place to learn about things the right way. Teg specific too.

According to this, 2.5" is probably too big

Dude if you are running Ls stick to a 2.25 b pipe, then if you get a hold of a USDM type R header, that should mount just fine, and you'll make more hp, for less cash.
Reserch your parts, and dynos, shop smarter. Best bang for the buck!
