I'm almost positive, but not 100% sure on if they different. I have an ls/vtec i'm building and came across a aftermarket gsr intake, but I have a b16 head. So I'm thinking it will not work, I know they are different designs, but don't know about the bolt pattern? thanks

 

the gsr does have a different bolt pattern dont buy that manifold!

 

it will not work, the water outlet is different on the heads....

the bolt patter is VERY similar though ...
