Default Vtec Controllers Galore

I'm gonna install my new Exedy Clutch and Exedy Lightweight flywheel this weekend...... but I also wanna get a vtec controller.

I see that there is pretty much 3 ways to go.......

Apexi VAFC2 = $250

Buddy Club = $55

JDM Racing Swoon = $50

The Apexi seems kinda high dollar.... the Buddy Club is much more realistic to me.....but I'm not so sure about the JDM, seems shitty.

What do yall think ?

APEX'i

Save up. User friendly for the most part, and i believe a broader fuel correction ability than the others.

First, ask yourself , do you really need this controller?

like some of the others have said.... Why do you really need to change the vtec cross over point...if you have a set of cams or reving really high then check out the buddy club, its only $55 because it ONLY changes the vtec crossover point. The VAFC will not only change the point but allow you to fine tune the car.

besides......a VAFC will not do anything for a barely modified car.

Even with cams it won't do much for you except impress potential thieves that you call your friends. Then one day....it disappears and all you have to show for it is a broken window. and $250 less.....
