Had my car stolen this weekend. If anyone sees it, say goodbye to it for me or message me. Black hood, roof. Si hubcaps, amber corners, projector lights.

I'm looking to replace it with another hatch, and this time around install some counter-theft devices.

Can you guys recomend some ideas on what to do? So far I've just thought of

1) Removeable steering wheel
2) Fuel pump kill switch
3) Starter kill switch
4) The Club
5) Alarm system

Any other layers I can add to this?

haha, true. What can be used with a removeable wheel (something for the pedals)? I've never heard of an Auto Lock though.

 

pretty sure an Auto lock makes your doors lock after you leave the car.

 

you can get a cap to put over the hub when you remove your steering wheel that has a key lock on it. meaning you have to unlock it with the key, remove it, then place the steering wheel on. i like it, personally. get the brake/clutch lock too, a 2 way pager alarm, a few kill switches and you could invest in lojack.

That hub cap sounds pretty good.

Right now I am driving my car. Been using it for 3 days, and I've been pulling out my ECU when I park, not too much of a hassle. Is this a decent deterrent for now?
