it was on 11/21/05 when i payed him $500.00 thru paypal for a b16 tranny.. 7 days later on 11/28/05 he requested that i pay him $100.00 more b/c the tranny was getting shipped to Toronto,Canada..after 3 weeks i asked him if he shipped it and he said no he wasnt able to...a few days later he sd he shipped it out..he answered my im's on like mid january..sd that he'd look into it..i requested the ins claim # or tracking # sd he'll get back to me...and now its feb 6, 2006 and yet i still have received no refund or tranny and $600US down the drain ..

i had to leave the country for a lil while and i didnt get back in time to file the claim.. i talked to him on yahoo messenger a lil while back and he sd he would refund me but now he's just avoiding me..i think i'm gonna have to hunt his *** down with my AK

Im sure he did it because he saw you were in canada he thought what the hell what is this guy going to do. You should check with he other guy in the thread, he may have turned around and sold it to him anyways, if that is the case then that guy is a douch also and wouldn't tell you if he bought it or not. Bad situation none the less.

 

i jus msg'd him..waiting for his response..but i did find out his address,ebay id, phone #, his social security #...i'm sure he wont want that info posted all over the net
