my speedometer keeps jumping

Default my speedometer keeps jumping

does anyone know why it does this.

say im going 40 it suddenly jumps to 60 or so...

and then i have to turn my key to I and then back off over and over til it goes down to the bottom

i duno wtf is going on here

your car must be too fast, the speedo can't keep up.

take it to a dealer and have them plug of the diagnostic computer to it to moniter the speed. it may have a faulty speed sensor or gauge cluster. who knows.

i bet its my guage cluster..

where it has my miles...it doesnt light up anymore..

and that whole thing with my stupid speedometer

+1 on gettin codes read , id say its possibly a speed sensor. cant see your cluster havin issues. lights do burn out but i doubt your gauges are screwed.

lets jus say i took it out once...and put it right back in

so maybe i didnt push in the cable all the way or something iono


i wanted to change the color of the guages...

does anybody know how to do that without getting whole new guages

has something to do with the LED's

ur sig says it's an 04 civic. warranty is still available on the car. try bringing it into the dealership.
