Default all non-vtec owner's

f/s port & polished w/ 3angle valve job, crower valve springs, crower retainers, stock cams and gears, ect. looking for a trade. the head has been used for 3-4000km.
i need : wings west type II front lip
: tires 205/40/17
: apex-i v-afc

or $300 us

at the time i didn't have the money to buy the cams and do the p&p and buy the springs and retainers. so i was told by the shop buy the springs and retainers and i could buy the cams later.

If I still had my LS I would buy that head in a second and put in my Crower 404's and cam gears. That would be a SWEEEET setup. That's really a great price for the head. Especially considering the "no down time" as opposed to sending your own head off. good luck

little more info please. I noticied in your sig that it was a race head.....how would this fair in daily driving? Gas milage effected?? how bout intake manifold??

Just to help you out a little...

shipping really won't be too bad. It's not an oversized item and isn't extremely heavy. the P&P helps to improve airflow... which actually helps your gas mileage (unless of course you are racing it).

Just to help you out a little...

yes it did help my gas mileage but not that much. shipping would be less with out the IM.

i currently hav e 403's with a stock head. i got the standard I/H/E ignition etc ho wmuch more hp you thik i can get out of that head?? or would i benefit more from keeping my V-AFC and tune what i already have?
