I do not own a S2000 nor have I been able to work on one, so I am asking the experts of the S2000 forum for their opinions. I have the opportunity to buy a damaged S2000. As of now all if have is pictures. I think I have a good idea of what is damaged, but I wanted some other opinions. All I have is pictures at them moment. So if you could, please give me some insight, in your opinion, on the extent of the damage, ie what parts are damaged, and how much you think it would cost to fix it? I'd also like to point out that the pictures depict the extent of the damage. Airbags have not been deployed and the rest of the car is unharmed.

The doors appear to line up pretty well and since the airbags weren't deployed it seem like it isn't that bad of a hit.

My guess would be:
All bumper components
Radiator support/radiator
2 fenders/Hood
Both headlights
2 rims?

Try looking up the cost of these parts to see what the starting costs of the repair would be, then go from there.

looks like it went under a truck or suv...its not that bad, you just have to see if the motor moved and if the front frame is intact...

 

from pic....dont' think the frame is bend or anythin...but who knows.

 

looks like not hard hit, most parts that are damaged would be ac condenser, radiator, will probably need to cut out and replace radiator support. And like other parts as you can see basic parts ie hood, bumper assembly. Does it start. run? any other pics.
