88-91 crx

What the best set up for a crx thats d series??? i hvae a stock motor and a d16y6 vtec. im not new at this but just lost interests in hondas but now im back into them after i seen what the can do on tracks and street. tell me what i need to get abround 250 horsepower or at least 200. thanks alot
