I would go with a GSR, but if it's torque that you are looking for go LSV, B16 head. It's cheap, and it makes good torque numbers, and has a better top end then the H22 and the GSR. Besides there many problem with H22 wire harness installs, finding a person who will do a good job on it, and knows what he is doing. But GSR is good too. Good Luck!

If your looking for boost, go GSR,higher redline, and I dont think the H22's can hold too much boost, plus the h22 trannys suck, they are really weak and generally have bad synchros...

1 more thing H22 swap is very expensive! I my self have a 99LS with a 98 Type R head, with I/H/E that dyno's 191hp and 152lbs of torque! It runs beatiful, no problems over 50,000 miles on that converstion... I love it!

152 lb/ft of torque? Got a dyno chart?

That's a lot of torque for a LS/VTEC with I/H/E.
