need B18C into B18B help
trying to find out what kind of changes i would have to do if i would to put an gsr into an ls body. i know motor, ecu and tranny but what else. thanks for everyones time
That should be all that you need. Most b series engines use the same mounts and since that was a motor made to put in the teg you should not have any clearance issues. You could use you stock tranny to if you wanted to but the gsr tranny has shorter gears and will accelerate better than with the ls tranny.
also make sure you get a wiring harness or you will have to run the wires for the vtec seperately.

You don't need the GSR harness. Hasport makes a subharness that has the vtec pressure sensor, vtec solenoid, knock sensor, and iab wires to run from the sensors to the ecu. It runs about $100 I think.
I just did this swap to my car this weekend.
Get the:
gsr Throttle cable
ecu
Heater hose
Gauge cluster
The header will not reach your cat and the flange is at a different angle (Im going to a muffler shop in the morining to get it fixed)
You will need to wire the vtec, knock sensor, Iab, and vtec pressure sensor (getting these done soon)
And a few other minor things that you will run into that i cant think of right now.
Most of the stuff is still fresh in my mind so PM me if you have any questions, other than the above stuff its a direct swap.
