Issues with poor idle
I suspected my car was flooding on start up so I pulled the plugs and fuel pump fuses. I cranked it, put it all back together, and it started up on the first try like a champ.
I have a problem with a weak idle though. If I give it some gas and then let go, it will want to die out and then came back up. I pulled one of the extra vaccum plugs on the IM and it kept it's idle better. Could this be a dirty IACV? I dont want to take that apart and that not be it. TIA

is this only during the first minute after start-up? cuz my engine starting doing this after i disabled my FITV. check for clogged air intake, but i suspect faulty fitv or idle screw set too low and ecu unable to correct fast enough.

Nah, this also happens when it's warmed up. I unplugged an extra vaccum cap on the IM. Im guessing its an extra cap blocking a vaccum plug and it idles higher (at or a little under 1k) and it doesn't bog down after it's given some gas.

This is what I like to hear
Gonna clean the IACV when I have time. I'll just run without that cap blocking one of the vaccum plugs until then.
