WTB T3 Outlet Flange With Transition. Where can I find one?

I am looking for the same style part, except with an inner diameter of 1.5"... and expanding to 2", 2.25", or 2.5"
What I am trying to do is connect my T3 turbo to my intercooler with a smooth transition.
