transmission P2A8-1003988 what the heck is it and will it fit please help.
hello i bought a h22 jspec and it diddnt come with a tranny. a guy i work with said hes got one the num is P2A8-1003988 does anyone know where this came from and if it will bolt up to my h22 thanks guys
The P2A8 is an Accord F22 transmission. Yes it will bolt up to your H22. But that transmission is geared more for economical uses and I doubt you'll find it any fun with your h22.
someone on another site said it was from a 98-01 accord and 98-99 cl is that correct he also said it came off of a h22. thanks
As far as I understand it the Accord and the CL both used F-series engines. The tranmission you are looking at will fit your H22 though, the transmissions are interchangeable. Only downside to it though is that the F-series trannys have very long gears = super crappy acceleration
but high top speed & gas mileage
