Yeah I just read some ****, that acura got a RDX coming out, or already came out. Well the thing about this RDX it got a 2.3L (I think it's called k23) with variable geometry turbo (sick). I would like to see some shots of that engine bay, and what crazy **** you could do with that motor in a hatch (if it could go in)....

I wonder how big of the monster that engine can be, and how much boost can it take.

Change the IM, reroute the intercooler pipes, and it would actually look like a normal k series. Maybe in few years...

damn, looks like honda went to the dark side with the tb on this one as well(electric throttle instead of cable ) is this the concept motor or is it the production motor?

 

it is pretty much what is getting produced now, hitting the dealerships in June unless they push back production

hey nikos has anyone found out how to switch from electric to cable throttle yet ie...the k20z3? or is everyone just using the head w/ type R tb?

 

oh man. K series godness. they moved the oil cap to a different side lol.

Yeah just get a k20a matifold with TB, and run a front mount set up, instead of top mount, with an accord 5spd tranny. And hope that thing takes alot of boost.

I wonna get my hands on one of those, stick that **** in the hatch. 10s on stock internals would be fucken sick.
