does anyone know if you can put a 98-02 Honda Accord 2.3L engine in a 93 honda prelude? the prelude originally came with the H23 but will everything hook up like its suppose to and work? also will it bolt onto the transmission?

hah the tranny will bolt up as far as i know all h/f series bolt up together but why? you just want vtec? buy a h22 and if u can care less about vtec keep ur h23 and turbo it

 

94Vtecluder...no i wasnt kiddin and H22aBB2 my H23 is messed up and im 16 and im not one of those rich spoiled kids who's parents by them everything, i buy my own stuff so i cant afford to buy a brand new VTEC or turbo my car, i found a 1998 accord engine with 64,000 miles on it for only 300 dollars and if it would fit my car that would have been alot cheaper for me to do so if anyone has any real help please let me know.

 

i was in your situation about 4 months ago...and all i can say is get a job and save up...dont go the cheap way u will regret it later i promise.
if buying a new motor i recommend http://www.hmotorsonline.com thats where i got my and their service is top notch. I also recieved my motor in 6 days, perfect condition, 34k miles.
