Default Jdm / Oem foglights....dirty!

Okay guys, just picked up some 4th gen prelude OE foglights for my crx and they are pretty dirty. I was wondering if Id be able to open them up to be able to clean them up a bit. It doesnt seem like they are constructed at all like Honda headlights, in which I could just pull the oven trick to open them up and sand them down a bit.

More or less Im asking if anyone has opened these up...successfully. If I can get them open without cracking / damaging them, that would be awesome.

Help!

ps. I tried searching.
