How do I clean Injectors?

How do I clean Injectors?
I had a few questions regarding home cleaning of injectors in a sonic jewelry cleaner.
1) What to clean them in
2) How long to clean them for
3) What setting to use (Normal, Gentle)
4) How many to clean at a time (there is two sections in the tray that can have different solutions)
5) Do I use a rinse cycle after the clean cycle? If so, what do I use for solution in the rinse cycle
6) Do I cover/block off the electrical connectors?
The injectors are dsm 450s if it matters.

Not sure how you would do it on your own but you could try Cruzin Performance. For $12 per injector plus shipping both ways to have your injectors clean and flow tested doesn't sound to bad to me.
