VAFC Setting for a b16

What are some suggested settings for my b16. i have ice box/h/e and other mods. what should i run on VAFC on?

There are no one-size-fits-all settings for VTEC/fuel controllers. You will need to tune it to your particular setup, preferably using a dyno with a wide-band O2 sensor.
