Just got my dual 12 kicker subs/installed them, and was just about to do a swap.
(The subs turned out fine. I don't know how.)

Well, it happened like an hour before I first posted, so sorry for being an ***.
I was talking to a bunch of people, and worrying about job/college at the time.
I was turning left, they were going straight. Both had greens. She was late for picking her kids up, so she was speeding. When she hit me, she kept going straight as I did a 180. No one saw it, but lots came to see if everyone was alright. If it goes to court, I'm probably at fault for being the male-18 driver in the red honda civic, and her being the 40 year old mother in her nice *** car.

I'm just wondering how much the insurance raise would be.
I have some money right now, just don't know how much an Attorney would cost. I had to pay for the tow, the insurance that i just payed, and hopefuly I can get to work/college (I live 45 minutes away from my job/school, so a cab would be out of the question.)
No ride to work = No job = no income

sorry to say it but your at fault. it doesnt matter if the other car had no license....your at fault. you cant turn in front of another car....they had the right-of-way. you didnt.

Actually you can take it to court and u may win.
Factors:
1.you got hit on the read end meaning she had time to slow down but she couldn't. If you got hit in the front, then you'd be at fault.
2. She was speeding on a 30MPH zone.
3. At an intersection, by law, You're supposed to slow down for incoming traffic, polica cars, ambulances, etc
4. because she was late to pick up her kids and speeding to make time for it = irresponsable driver.
5. no matter whether you're female or male or if you're younger or older or what type of car you drive. Generally old hags/pedophiles with expensive cars are always at fault since they think no1 can hit their car just bc the cars are new and people avoid them.

At an intersection, by law, you yield the "right of way" to oncoming traffic. The red Civic wasn't an incoming car: he was being careless and he got hit.

A.) he can't prove that and B.) is it more irresponsible to be going 8mph over or to turn in front of a moving vehicle when you're supposed to be yielding?

Wouldn't something be done because she hit -me-, and i didn't hit her? Also, she was going fast enough to go straight through my car, as i spun a 180. (She was late to pick up her kids..Maybe on a cell phone, which caused her to brake too late? She was on the cell phone when I got out of the car to see if she was all right.)
You can tell she didn't brake until 1 second before she hit me with the tire marks.

the kid w/the civic can't prove his statement. Nor can the woman on the "nice car".
this is my 3rd yr in NYU as a law student. Take me to court please.
