rear defrost button light out on '00 civic si

the rear defrost button doesn't light up anymore on my '00 Si. Any good places to get a replacement? the button works and all, but it just doesn't light up. should i just "ebay" something like this?

well $2-3 dollars i think i could handle...are you sure that's all they'd charge? it seems like OEM would be way more than that....

are you referring to the actual switch? or just the bulb? if youre referring to the bulb then yes its a few bucks.. i had purchased a little bulb for a 2001 accord clock and it cost around 3 including tax. exactly what on the switch doesnt light up?

the rear-defrost. the one to the far right of the vent button, and the A/C button. it works, so i'm guessing that, yeah, i just need the bulb then.

alright, cool...well thanks for the heads up. i was figuring a bigger price tag than that to get the replacement at the dealer..good to know it's not!

Has anyone here had a problem with the actual on/off light itself on the rear defroster switch not working anymore? My Cruise button light did the same thing (not the backlighting).... Both cruise and rear defrost still work, but I cant tell when the rear defroster is turned on or not other than by listening for the relay to click.
(I think you guys are just talking about the backlighting -- but its the actual on/off light thats have stopped working on my switches -- 1997 Civic Si (EX))
