why is the front seem higher then the rear

 

it's on a weird hill. Plus the front bumper is a little higher than the back. It's my friends old car, but his little brother just got his first car and it's a stock 01 accord. He just wants to see some black wheels on it. I was just trying to do him a favor since he's brand new to the scene, or cars even for that matter.
