Hi, I'm Andy, and drive a '01 Civic LX.

I wanna mod my car, but having trouble where to start.

I either want strut bars (front and rear), intake, or suspension springs upgrades.

Which would be the #1 priority?

I'm favoring toward power and handling.

 

You could just start buy getting an intake and some springs and struts that should allow you to have some better handling as well as a little more power. You need to set a budget for your car so you can put money where you want to

 

sorry to burst your bubble but if you want power you wont get much from you civic unless you dish out some serious money and go boost or do a K series swap.
suspension thou you have plenty of options from springs and shocks to full coilovers. if you do some research you will find out that a lot of rsx sway bars and strut bars will work on the newer civics.
