Default car runs...then bogs...thens shuts down...

i just did a motor swap on my ef hatch. i took a motor out of my standard hatch and put it in a dx. its a 1990. the motor idles high, about 2k. then starts to idle a little lower, and after i while the idle gets down in the 300-400 range while shaking before basically killing itself. what could it be? it seems to do this only when the temp guage goes up.

Adjust your idle? look at your throttle body while this happens and see if anything is moving when it stalls out. Also, will it do this EVERY time you start it? If the motor used to work, I'm going with incorrect vacuum line routing or idle speed...
