Location of Knock Sensor for B16A

Default Location of Knock Sensor for B16A

I am just needing to know where the knock sensor is located at... I have a sensor that came unplugged and it is located under the intake manifold right by the oil filter... is that the knock sensor??? Please let me know. Thanks a lot.

sounds like it, the knock sensor is just one wire. If it came uplugged though you would throw a CEL if the ECU looks for knock. Is the plug green with one wire??

A pic would really help

yea it was definantly the knock sensor... whats up with that oil filter... looks like some one droped that bitch or something

were can i find one of these what cars i got the one from 90 93 integra but dont fit

You can use any b-series dohc vtec,,(maybe you can use some from other motor,,Im not sure)..So if you say you have one from a 90-93 integra it means you have one from a 92-93 gsr so it should fit..The regular 90-93 nonvtec integras dont even have one..Maybe you dont even have the right part part to begin with..
