Yeah it would make a slight difference. Type r heads have a mild port to them. You would feel a difference but I am not sure that it would be worth it.

Yupper and the camshafts are better.
If you have one laying around or need a head and can get one cheap I would say its not a bad idea but if you have a healthy b16 head and can't find one cheap its not a worthwhile upgrade.

Also, the valvetrain is a little stronger I believe.
