Default Is it possible to adjust timing belt tension w/ out removing lower cover??

Hello, I just replaced my timing belt two weeks ago. I have driven the car once since then. I pulled off my valve cover yesterday and my timing belt is loose. Is it possible to access the tensioner bolt with out removing the lower timing cover. I would remove the valve cover and the upper timing cover. I hope there it is possible beacause if not i would have to remore the ps belt, alt belt, and crank pulley to get the lower cover off. Thanks alot in advance.

Yes, there is a plastic plug that covers the head of the bolt. Just look you will see it. The issue is having a socket/ratchet that can get on it and still fit between the front of the motor and inner the fender.
