nippon motors: good to buy from?

i was looking at buying a jdm d16z6 to put in my hatch and was wondering if anyone has bought a motor from there, and how it went as far as condition of motor, warranty and everything. sumbody help me out

nippon motors... isn't that one of honda's JDM/USDM/EDM manufacturers? (like gaskets and such)
