oem type r bars on non type-r's??
Hi, I was just wondering if the front strut bar, rear strut bar, and lower tie bar from an Integra type r fit into a 98 integra ls? thanks
is the lower tie bar a bolt on thing? i have heard that a bracket is needed to keep it to the subframe. is this true? thanks alot guys

ITR rear tie bar screws directly into the subframe. Non-ITR's have nothing in this location so you should be able to install it there. USDM ITR's don't have rear shock tower braces, but you can find JDM ITR ones at several places.

I would disagree with the front upper being a direct bolt on. It is if you have the set of attachement bolts, however on the LS, those holes are just plugged, and there are no studs there. On the GSR, there are studs, and the bar is a direct bolt on. In addition to the bar, you also have to get the bolts, since I would assume that no one is gonna knock their bolts out for you...
