BUZZZZZ. This is what I hear everytime i start my engine. It only happens everytime the engine is started and stops after 5 seconds or so. A mechanic told me it was coming from the ABS and that the car should be fine.

Has anyone experience this problem? I have a 1995 GSR.

My car also makes that rattleling can noise at 3500 RPM and someone already told me that the noise was caused by the A-pipe and that replacing the headers would eliminate the noise. Correct?

Ihe buzzing sound is in your ABS unit, it happened on both my gsr's and i dont think it creates a problem what so ever. And your rattle is probably a heat shield somewhere. I have all my heat shields off and no rattle. Its a common problem from what i know. Hope this helps.

 

what's rattling on the ABS? cause mine is doing the same thing. everytime i start the car it rattlers, then goes away if i rev it up or start driving for 5-10 seconds.

 

thanks bob but do you know how to make that noise go away? And 92integravtecgsr, my car is more of a buzzing noise not a rattling noise. If your car rattles when you start you might wanna take at the heat shield like bob said. As for my ride it makes a rattling noise at 3500-4000 RPM. I am told that this happens to many integras and that replacing the headers would help.

Anywho how do I make that buzzing from the ABS go away? Do i need to replace something?

 

replacing your header will get rid of the annoying buzzing sound that i dealt with for months. i know exactly what you are talking about
