WTB: 15's or 16's with or without tires 4x114.3
Looking to pick up a NICE condition set of rims. I would rather it be semi local (VA/MD/PA area) but will deal if you have some vouches. If they are 15's they dont need to have tires but will be fine if they do, 16's can have tires or not as well. Show me what you have
