well i have replaced dizzy, replaced coil, plugs wires no shortin wires to ecm or to tach, crank position and tdc sensor right ohms no short timming is correct I believe ecm prop now where good rep place to get ecm besides honda not paying 800 dollars good compression 150 and 140 across all 4 and no signal to fire injectors
the only weird thing is water temp is maxed out

 

checked all your fuses too? you just need to check all your grounds and circuits until you find the problem. have you done any modifications to your car recently?
