so I bought oem headlights assuming I could just take the projectors out and put the oem ones on...but noo...the setup is diff ...help??

Seriously, describe in more detail. Do you mean you bought projector headlights and tried to retrofit but noticed its not exactly take one out and install new ones??

 

nah...I bought my 99 si last week and the guy put projectors in it...not me... and so I bought OEM ones to replace them....however the projectors have a different setup...the oem headlights have one oppening for both high and low beam and the turn signal light...but the projectors have two (one for the high beam and one for the low beam) and one for the turn signal light. I can take picure but I don't know how to post them up here so I will do some searching to learn how to do that

 

Yes, the stock lights use a dual-filament bulb that provides a low and high beam. The projectors use a separate bulb for low and high. You will need to purchase H4 bulbs to install in the OEM lights, and if he cut or modified the factory wiring, you may have to wire in H4 connectors as well.
