Lip kit installation

I want to buy a lip kit (front and rear) for my 2000 civic, but first I want to know how they are usually installed. Are their holes you gotta make under the bumper or does it basically fit easily. Thanks -

what kind of lip kit?

some require nuts, bolts, and screws. some use screws and double sided tape

I was looking for the lip kit that is on the 99-00' SI front bumper. I was wondering if I had to drill holes or if it goes on another way. Also, does the 00' SI civic have a rear lip too?
