I have a 1998 Honda Civic EX and i was wondering if anyone knew were the wiper relay is located and if it is labeled? The winshiled wipers work fine in all modes except in intermitten mode. When it is put in intermitten mode the wiper blades stop at random places in the winshield. Would this be the relay or the switch? Has anyone else ever had this problem? I heard that most civics after 1995 have problems with the switches instead of the relays. Thanks for all the help, I really appreciate it.
