lsvtec is a great idea for your b18b1 integra, most people try to decide between slappin a turbo on that badass bottom end, or doing an lsvtec, but by looking at how you asked the question i can kinda see you dont really know what your getting yourself into, because lsvtec although a great pay off, its expensive and its alot of work, but its great for those who are hard core all motor, basically you will be replacing the head, and rewireing the engine for vtec, probably the best head to use would be the b16, for good flow, now if you were to put a well tuned lsvtec, up against a turbo'd teg on teh highway, the turbo is going to win, judging on the turbo, but the fact of how close you were, you would get alot of respect for having an all motor car that can hang with a decent sized turbo. the good thing about the lsvtec is that you will have the strong bottom end of the b18b with good torque and still get that good hp thanks to vtec

all motor all the way
