Default PR3 ECU Question...

If my ecu says ABF in the serial number, what year and car is it designed for....Yep. Sounds like a dumb question, but i have no idea. My buddy just gave it to me without telling me what it is. Thanks.

from what i under stand the PR3 ecu came off only the 92-93 integra xsi which came with a b16 and a ys1 short geared tranny and its ob1.

pr3/pw0 is an obd0 vtec ecu...check out g2ic.com

does the ABF lettering on the side specify anything in particular about the ECU?

your right but wrong, pw0 is ob0. pr3 if it has the grey connections it is ob1 if it has brown or green connections is ob0.

hondas from 1988- 1991 came with ob0 ecu, hondas from 1992-95 came with ob1
