Im helping my neighbor save a few hundred bucks by doing his swap for him so Sorry to be so lazy guys, I didnt find anything when i searched....I work so I dont have time to really get into researching about a D-series into a 84 crx. What all do I need?

The motor lined up for it is a d15z5 Vtec-E VX motor.

 

custom mounts. since its a 84 it most likely is not fuel injected unless you converted it. which requires removing all the wiring in the car and replacing it with CRX Si wiring. but then again you will need to convert that wiring even more since it has a different type of dizzy. it has vacuum advance where the 88 and newer cars had electronic advance.

in other words. lots of work.
