It's a simple swap. You will need to purchase a shift linkage (GSR nor your stock one will work).

Do a search -you will find many write ups on it.

But in short -bolt GSR motor, tranny, mounts, axles in -use your stock wiring and add needed wires -get DelSol B Series shift linkage - Drive away.

A what? You are getting a GSR or a Type R -you aren't getting a GSR Type R.

now would be a good time to start second-guessing the integrity of your seller. there is no gsr type r, either he's lying to you, or he doesn't know any better. Neither situation makes them a good person to buy a motor from.

But anyways the motor swap drops right in if u have everything with it, depending on what year the motor is, If its an OBD1 motor u are good plug and play everything will work besides Vtec wich u will have to wire up/ pin to ECU, and a knock sensor for no check engine light. Also U might wanna get a GSR trottle cable and replace urs so it will fit nice and reach. O yeah and the shift linkage will have to be cut and welded or the betterway is to buy a Del Sol Bseries shift linkage
