ASAP!!!!!NEED HELP TURBO ZC CRX!!!!
okay my friend and I installed a Greddy Turbocharger on his zc engine for his Crx. Well we are having problems with it bogging in 1st and 2nd but during high rpms or 3rd-5th gear its fine. And also We are getting codes 1 and 5 for a M.A.P sensor and oxygen ratio is not correct. The ECU is re-chipped(mugen) for the Turbo for DSM 450cc fuel injectors in 25psi of fuel but it still runs very very rich. So we put the stock injectors back on and now we are still running very lean with 50psi. There is a Fuel pressure regulator that is adjustable but it does not help at all. Maybe we are just running the wrong injectors. Can you guys help us out?
Wow, you have a N/A chip on a turbo car?.. That cant be good..Those chips advance timing so I wouldnt even be suprised if you killed your motor already from detonation..And you said it ran real rich with the 450 and real lean with the stock inkjectors,,Are you trying to blow that **** up or what? And by the way you're probably getting the map sensor codes because of the turbo..you have to run some sort of check valves or get the ecu tuned to see boost..
Do what spiceisler said..Look into turboedit or some kind of fuel managent....

the solution to your problem...turboedit
get a base map, then head to a dyno and tune it out

1. Get rid of the pointless "mugen" chip
2. Chipped for 25psi of fuel on 450s (lean) but runs rich??? wtf
3. Crank up the psi on stock 240s and your lean??? wtff

for people that are trying to help thank you. I dont like running turbo to cars like this cuz
of problems resulting to it. we also have an fmu for it and probably we should install it with the fuel pressure regulator. well i didnt know anything about a mugen chip being only for N/a. I have no idea about all this chip mods and all. All this parts we got are free so why not. i have tried running check valves to the map sensor with no avail. the chip is programmed for 450cc's but no matter what fuel pressure we throw at it its still runs way to rich to a point were our eyes water. i think we need to get rid of the check engine light before any tuning because of the map sensor problem. Tuning is not my speacialty i work on Saabs all day which is way easier to work on than these hot rodded hondas. maybe runing a wideband a/f would help out too. i would just be more greatly appreciated if you all just help than having wise crack jokes but you know its the internet.

The 1st person I've ever heard say a Saab is easier than a Honda, weird

If you can't tune it, then install the stock injectors, FMU, and an inline fuel pump; that will get you buy on low boost (5-7psi)
Remove the chip
