Not to sound like a dick, but are you capable enough to change your own oil?
That oil drain plug bolt is indeed threaded. Just make sure you break it loose in the proper direction and don't over torque it when you put it back on.
When you put on the new oil filter make sure to rub a thin coating of fresh motor oil around the rubber seal.

you can basically take apart your entire car with a screw driver, 10, 12, 14, and 17mm.... and whatever size that hex nut for the axel is, and not sure if there's any 8mm on there.
anyways, back to the topic, its a 17mm as stated above

Well its my first time but I have walk through on how to do it. I just need to get the damn plug off but I cant seem to do it even with the socket. Counter-clockwise turn it should come off.

No worries bro
Just remember "righty = tighty. Lefty = loosy"
"clockwise = tighty. Counter clockwise = loosy"
Make sure you have the car properly jacked up on jack stands. This will also help in getting the most drained out of your oil pan. The trick is to break the bolt loose, then back it out with your fingers. When it starts dripping out, the bolt is only a few threads from coming out. Twist fast, pull away fast or you will have motor oil all down your arm.
When you think the oil is drained out, remove the oil filter. Remember to tip the hole up because there is still a 3rd of a quart left in the filter. You can either drop it down the bottom or lift it out the top of the engine bay.
Install new filter
Install oil drain bolt
Fill to the manufactuer recommendations.

Cool. Yea I have it on jackstands right now. The bolt doesnt want to budge though. I cant get it to turn at all. I was thinking of using all my strength to try to loosen it but im afraid I might just break the thing off.

Just make sure your trying to turn it the right way. A simple trick is to use a closed end box wrench. Hold the wrench in one hand and hit the other end with a hammer a few times. That should break it loose. If that doesn't work, use a cheater bar for leverage and slide it over the box end wrench to give you the ability to put more torque on the bolt.
Just please please make sure your trying to break it loose the proper way!

Thanks man. The hammer method got it off. How do I know when the bolt is on tight enough but not too tight when i put it back on?
For me, I grab and hold the box end wrench right in the middle. When I see the tendons in my wrist pop out significatly I know Im around 15-17ft-lbs (from experience) then I give it a quick jerk and call it good.
This may not work for you.
Tighten it until it is pretty snug, then give it one last good quick jerk and call it a day. Or...you can try and find the torque specks (which wouldn't be a bad idea).

Ok last question I promise. Where is the oil filter? I dont see it. It says its at the back off the engine, facing rearward, offset on the drivers side. Maybe I need to jack up my car more to see it cuz its on the lowest jack setting.

its located underneath the intake manifold runners. Stand between the driver side door and the driver side tire. Look at the intake manifold. Now bend down a little bit to look underneath that. Viola! It's either Black/Orange/Yellow/Blue or White. Look at your new filter if you need a visual.

Every single person on this website started off not knowing anything. This is the purpose of this website... to help others. I'm stoked you got your clothes dirty. Best advice I can give you since your new with this is to buy a Helms manual for your year make and model.
These manuals are equivelent to the Bible. It is an absolute must to own one. They cost around $60.00 but will save you thousands.
It feels good to do it yourself huh? Now picture you just saved $40.00 in not having to pay some guy to do it for you.

Just a quick tip since this is your first time changing your oil. Make sure that the old oil filter gasket comes off with it so you don't have two gaskets or it will leak.
Also since you own an Integra be sure to check out http://www.team-integra.net
