I just got my car out of the shop everything was kool the vtec was engaging and my speedometer dont work but vtec still works but it like lost power and it wouldnt go over 4 grand then I turned the key off and turned it back on and it got all of its power back and then it did it 3 more times. I was wondering if anyone has had this problem before?

 

Sounds like your car is in Limp Mode. Pull the ecu/hazard fuse in the engine bay. wait 10 secs. put it back in and see if it works.
