Valve cover stud came out

Anyone ever had the nut stuck to the stud and back the whole stud out of the head? I tried to get the nut loose and i cant get it off. Any suggestions?

PB Blaster. And when you put it back in, torque it down to 9 ft lbs

just take it all the way out, then use two nuts on the other side to get the bolt off...
