As infuriating as all caps is to read i'll try to help.
I need your VIN # to help out
88-013
SYMPTOM
Steering wheel vibration while the car is idling in
“D3” or “D4.”
AFFECTED VEHICLES
Up to the following VINs, replace: (need VIN)
Rear Engine Mount
Up to the following VINs, install
need VIN)
Vibration Clips
94-025
SYMPTOM
The steering wheel oscillates, or shimmies, when
driving between 58 and 62 mph. It may be most
noticeable on smooth roads, and may vary with
slight steering inputs.
PROBABLE CAUSE
An imbalance of the wheel/tire/hub/disc assembly
in the front end.
CORRECTIVE ACTION
Dynamically balance the wheel and tire assembly
off the car. Then, if necessary, use the Hofmann
Finish Wheel Balancer to balance the
wheel/tire/hub/disc assembly on the car.

balancing front tires (wheels off vehicle) is not a definite fix....
if i had a buck for every time i balanced the tires to stop this steering
wheel from oscillating at 60 mph i'd be rich.....
as for the steering wheel shake at idle-i want to be sure the mount is the fix
