v6 6th gen swap need help!!!!!!!!!
i wanna install a v6 in my 4cyl. does anybody know how hard this swap is and what year and model of a tl or cl tranny i would need to make it manual. i currently have a 2001 ex 4cyl automatic. i really want this swap so i can get the supercharger for it. what can i say i love v6's too bad i didnt buy one lol
I've done it...and i would really much more recomend buying a v6 accord and swaping in the cl-s w/6spd tranny..it would be cheaper and much more stable.
but if you really want to do it I can help ya out...just be ready to spend money with the 6spd it's not cheap
to give you an idea....the v6 accord costs about 7500-8000 to swap in either the 3.2 with the 6 spd, or just the 6 spd.....assuming you want all your guages and various accessories to function as honda intended. you could prolly add another 5000 onto that if your have a professional perform the swap for you.

yikes, for that kind of $$$ you can have a turbo'd, fully built F series with a 5 speed swap that will roast the doors off a v6 accord.
I didn't say it was for everyone :Þ and to be honest...if I already had an f powered 6gen....I'd take your route too...but some people just gota be different
LOL!! no offence to your choice man - just that the OP has a 4cyl already.
Hell boosted 6th gens are a rare breed, but a 6th gen v6 6 speed is an ever rarer breed.
