ITR LSD prices?

a guy has an ITR LSD for sale and wants me to make an offer. but I dont know what is fair vs way too much. it has 45k miles on it.

I would offer around 350 for it, if in good shape and came out of a NON-boosted car.

A buddy of mine selles them for $350 with new bearings on them and a speed o drive..
A few guys here have got them for him..
