does any one have a write up of removing quarter panels ... i've seen some guy saleing his stock panels... so I know theres some way of removing it. Any help would be great. Thanks guys.


pls give full detail of how to remove... I aready know i have to drill the spot welds.. but drill it all the way threw??? need spec. info. thanks

 

I think the only way is to cut and weld.

 

The best way is to cut and weld new metal on, if you are or know a good welder you will never know where the seem is unless you look at the color of the metal.

GET THE NEW PARTS FIRST before you cut anything tho, so you dont cut away too much.

 

A proper spot weld dill out will not be all the way through it.
The actually have spot weld drilling bits which go onto any standard drill -or even better but more costly are special drills for spot weld drilling.
