Overal it was an amazing day of riding. It’s been a while since I rode up there, so I was definitely feeling a bit rusty and adjusted my riding accordingly. No major mishaps and plenty of fun!!!

Glad you guys like the pics. That's my friend Ken w/ the SV who used to work all over the place in that area with the state, so he knows a bunch of good routes to take up there.

hey that's pretty cool.

i usually go up and see you riders in glendora road every few sunday mornings (i don't have a bike, but i have a 240, and i sometimes like to stay all saturday night until morning when you bike riders come).

it's pretty cool watching you guys ride on that road, because on the center of the mountain, you know, the spot where everybody stops on the side of the road in the sand..
there's a great view of the downhill run alot of you guys go on, and you can see all the riders (or idiotic cars going nuts on sunday mornings) come up and go down from a distance, standing at the center chill spot.


i haven't ever been to mullholland, heard it was loads of fun.
if you go to the road i'm talking about, i might catch you up there. nice pics!

 

Yeah, weekends are super busy up there for sure. Lots of traffic. A little too much for my own comfort, but being a 9-5'er only affords me the weekends to go on good rides. Those pics were taking early afternoon...I'd say around 1:30 or so. The first pic of my bike is at that center spot that you are talking about. It's a good place to stop and rest (****...LOL!) for a bit. Especially after coming up that super technical section of Mulholland.
