My 93 DA GS has all sorts of creaking noises coming from the trunk area. Some of it sounds like chasis flex, while others sound like plastic scratching either metal or other plastic parts. I took out the plastic under panel that covers up the rear wiper assembly and I also took out the plastic trim pieces that run up the sides of the trunk.

Some of this helped, but I still have the flexing noise and some scratchy noises. I removed the spare tire, the spare tire cover (plastic/cardboard looking insert) and the carpet but there is still sound.

Most of these noises were noticed after the stock supsension was replaced with a Koni/H&R setup. I am sure they were there before and are now more prevelant because of the stiffer suspension.

Any suggestions on other areas to look for?
